Membership Categories

Currently there are four categories of membership for the ACAT:

• Full Practitioner Member - £100
  Access to members only area, 'Locate Practitioner' website listing including contact details, free advertising on website. Receive email newsletter.
• Student Member - £50
  Access to members only area. Currently undergoing supervised training on a course recognised by the ACAT. Access to members only area, website listing in 'Locate Practitioner' but no contact details displayed. Receive email newsletter. May advertise on website but a charge will be payable for this.
• Associate Member - £25
  Access to members only area, no web listing - does not fit into above two categories. E.g. veterinarians, physios, farriers, chiropractics, riders. Receive email newsletter. May advertise on website but a charge will be payable for this.
• Friend of ACAT - £10
  No access to members area, not studying or practising as animal therapist, but interested in supporting the ACAT and its aims. May advertise on website but a charge will be payable for this. Receive email newsletter

Membership is renewable on an annual basis on 31st October. New members can join throughout the year based on a per quarter basis. Only cheques payable to ACAT can be accepted as payment or cash, but as yet no payments by card.
